Dear Admin, I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to talk about the Ban that i received [GR 4.1], i received this ban through the admin because of the ilegal redux, but i didn't know about that, before i received this ban i was uploaded a forum on someone and i was using the same redux that i received the ban on, but the forum was accepted and i didn't receive any notifications about the redux, but a day later a situation happened to me and i dead in this moment in the game and when i dead there's no blackscreen, so i contacted the administrator inside the game to in inquire about the redux, whether they were allowed or not, after that the administrator received my call and told me to show him in the mails how it looks, and after i showed him the screen in a mials, he said that it not allowed its ilegal and he just giving me ban without giving me a chance to remove the redux, i didn't mean to break the rules and i didn't know that if this is not allowed because if i know, i wouldn't have to asked about the redux, that why i want to asked about it
