Dear Administrators, I am writing once again out of frustration after being denied the FIB position multiple times. I do not understand why I am being repeatedly overlooked for this role, as I have done nothing wrong to deserve this treatment. I previously left for OOC reasons, and when I applied again, I was told to try next time. Now, this is the second time I have not been selected. If my absence from night events is the issue, I want to say that I have been fully involved in every other aspect, specially in leading SAHP and meeting all hoodie and weekly requirements. It feels unfair that others seem to be given a chance while I am left out. During my term, my team contributed to raids and other events, followed all guidelines, uploaded the necessary POVs, and met all expectations. My absence during night hours doesn’t mean I have never gathered POVs of subs, ACC, or raids etc. I made sure some tasks to my deputies, and my leadership during the day. I still completed all weekly targets and goals. It’s pretty sad not to be selected for the raid season and not be given an opportunity despite my contributions. I promised Yaswant Sir in DMs that I will work toward the hoodie, and I intend to fulfill that promise.. In the past, I was told that the decision is up to the curator, but this makes it feel biased. Being overlooked again and again feels very sad. If I had been given a chance and not faced OOC problems to wait during the interview, I would have surely done so, but now it seems the process is moving forward without me giving a chance, I am pretty sure I am positive with my punishment history.
