Life Story
High Rater worked hard at SAHP learning every nuance of policing and proving his worth whenever given opportunity. When he got posted to the FIB, however, he started discovering the world of rampant organizational corruption where his colleagues often caved into the alluring criteria of bribes and self-interest. Despite the widespread allure to corruption, High Rater always rumbled about keeping his faith intact; he persevered through the grueling trail of the FIB with undeterred zeal, coupled with a stance reinforced by an unwavering moral conviction that revealed to his the way through the indecisions of moral conflict.
Career Saga
However, more and more the attitude of High Rater was going down, simply because of his disappointment with the FIB's bad corruption. Exposure to bad deeds made it much weaker for him to hold on to a system that he used to believe in even though he tried to keep himself above it. After all, decided to return to SAHP, armed with a new view of the workings of law enforcement, recommitted to protect what he believes in. For his learned experiences at FIB, he found the need to maneuver the system smartly in upholding his values. Having been given the Chief Commander post by the SAHP, he was able to know and refine his skills in communication through being with the people while at work.
Outcomes:
1.High Rater can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not SAHP items)
2.High Rater can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3.High Rater can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
4.High Rater can Torture people for information or other items like money or weapons with more than 2 people with her (Person should follow fear rp)
5.High Rater don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing id and not reading Miranda Rights.
6.High Rater can put Illegal items in 10-15's or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them arrested (With proper RP).
7.High Rater can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with her family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
8. High Rater can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation or /do after injecting truth serum).
