The guy on the ground isn't even part of it, he's from another family and his crew just wants to get their dead. It doesn't matter which family the guy on the ground is from, it's a panel raid zone and your family member is going there, can you prove he's not there to get the panels? That's why we have the right to kill him, and if we outnumber you and tell you not to remove it, it's not a rule violation, on the contrary, you should Fear-RP and not remove it.
