The organization that is conducting the event:
EMS
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
there will be 2 sides in this event the gang side and the leos side the gang members gonna be in the mirror park with a car one of my deputys is gonna be in that car as a hostage the gang members job is to make sure leos don't get in that car and take it to the safe place the safe place is the GOV Capitol if the gang members kill the leos the gang side wins but if the leos take the car and take it to the safe place they win ( its not necessary for leos to kill all the gang members ) in addition if the leos take the car the gang members remaining can follow the car and kill the leos
when the event start the leos will take military jeep from the casino parking and head to the mirror park
Why this event:
its fun and it adds a lot of action and competitive experience for both the leos and gang side it helps both of the sides of how to make good plans and have good team work
Role of Each Organization Involved:
gang side: their job is to make sure the car dont get to the safe place and kill all the leos
leos side: their job is to make sure to take the car to the safe place (of course by making a good plan)
Other organizations involved:

Vehicles/weapons needed:
weapons: revolvers
vehicles: military jeep for the leos
Admin Requirements:
1) to make sure no one is cheating
2) to make sure no one is breaking the event rules
Rules of the event:
1) heling is not allowed ( its not allowed to patch someone in the event)
2) car raming is not allowed
3) it is allowed to put a car in the middle of the road to stop the leos from taking the car to the safe place
How is the event won?
gang side: to kill all the leos
leos side: to make sure the car gets to the safe place
Prize for the winner:
30k for each member from the wining side (10 members from each side)
