Hello, Senior State Curators. I hope you are all doing well. So We were doing Hostage situation and Leos did not fear for hostage's life, they were shooting and engine blocking before the hostage was safe without caring for hostage's life by knowing that we could kill the hostage anytime. We were using heli so to avoid VDM we asked them to stay 100 meters away from our helis cause if they be near they can get killed by the sharp blades also hostage can get killed anytime. they werent complying with us without fearing for any lives at all Hence the hostage was dead. Pure Fail rp from Leos side. All in Pov. Pov is merged as Pov is recorded by shadow play.

Bro its not Leos fail rp. its yours fail rp , becuase other heli flyed to high , 40 leos around there and with 2 guys not leaving the hostage....

I have a few comments to make on this complaint. First of all your complaint states that you told them to step 100 meters away from your heli's, first of all this is not heard in the POV, second of all you can request this, but not demand this (ER1.16). Of course we expect the orgs to maintain some distance, but they certainly do not have to go that far.

Second of all the situation is extremely chaotic, this is to blame on State orgs, but also your own family. At some point everyone sat in helicopters except the guy with the hostage. One other guy walked around completely by himself, he got tazed and cuffed and as per rules State orgs are allowed to demand to replace a hostage (ER1.19). You did not give them a chance to do this and just shot the hostage, after which you and your family got killed, that to shows you do not care for your own life. State orgs have to care about the life of the hostage, but you need to care about your own life and that of your family members. So when you decide to kill the hostage with so many LEO's around you that too can be considered FearRP.

Then third point, State Orgs need to care about the life of the hostage at all times, they cannot just shut engines off while the negotiations are still ongoing and the hostage has a gun to his head. Sadly enough the POV provided did not show evidence of this, I cannot just take the words of your fam member as true or false.

Then my final point, which is the reason for the rejection. The POV provided does not show the entire situation. The negotiations were already ongoing and clearly heated from the start of the POV. In order to punish I need to see the entire situation, I cannot. And therefore the complaint is rejected. If you do have a longer POV that does show the entire situation you can of course make a new complaint.
