BIG BROTHER COMMITTEE (BBC) – SUPREMACY. ORDER. AURA .

Founded by former Governor Kiana Kaslana and Edward Cullen, and later handed down to me by Gov. Ishaan Roy, the Big Brother Committee (BBC) has stood as a pillar of governance in San Andreas.Their steadfast commitment to openness, fairness, and honesty has created the backbone of a resilient system—one that grows, motivates, and continues to serve the community.
With Mtemili Cruize at the helm, the BBC is breaking new ground as never before. While the mission remains unwavering, the approach has never been more precise, efficient, and resolute.
➤ The citizens do not serve the state. The state serves the citizens.
➤ Under the BBC, it does so with strength, precision, and purpose.

- Power in Solidarity – A government united as an unstoppable force.
- Stability through Fairness – The law is absolute, unyielding, and applied equally to everyone.
- dvancement through Initiative – If it doesn't serve the people, it has no place in governance.
- Primacy of the People – The citizens are not ruled, they are given the power to shape their future.
- This goes beyond politics. This is unyielding governance.

- To streamline the Judicial process, ensuring swift and fair access to justice for all.
- To strengthen Accountability measures that protect the integrity of the legal system and prevent abuse.
- To promote Freedom of expression while maintaining public order and prohibiting hate speech.
- To encourage active Engagement with citizens and state organizations, creating a transparent, responsive government driven by collaboration and trust.

From Government Service to Government Leadership.
After i conclude my second term with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) as their Sheriff, I will be returning to my what I would refer to as “first love”: government. With my extensive experience across five key government departments, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how our state operates and how I can make it better. My journey began when Nateq Blakely noticed my calm, collective nature at Pillbox Hill Hospital, which led to me being introduced to the Capitol and taking on various high-ranking roles. Now, as I prepare for the gubernatorial seat, I’m committed to implementing effective systems, justice reform, and citizen-focused governance.

1. Experienced Leadership
With hands-on experience in the Department of Correction, Department of Justice, United States Secret Service, Department of Economics, and witnessing legislation amendments, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of government, gaining insights from all critical sectors.
2. A Team Approach to Success
It’s not just about me. I have a team of highly experienced colleagues who will take on crucial roles, because I firmly believe that teamwork makes the dream work. Together, we will implement a unified vision and ensure that every aspect of governance is handled with expertise and efficiency.
3. Governance for the People
A government that listens and responds to its people. My leadership will be rooted in transparency, engagement, and active collaboration with citizens. Your voice matters, and together, we will shape the future.
4.Law, Order, & Strong Systems.
Building on my experience, I will strengthen the justice system(continuous legislation reviews and ammendments, improve law enforcement operations, and ensure efficient economic policies that serve everyone fairly. Additionally, I’ve always worked with numbers to track progress, and this data-driven approach will be applied to measure success and ensure that we are always moving forward.
5. Community Engagement
A government by the people, for the people. Beyond policies, we will engage with citizens through open forums, community events, public participation(at the Beach Market, Casino Trackfield) and regular updates to ensure that every concern is heard and acted upon.
6. A Vision for the Future
I’m not just running for a position; I’m running to create lasting change in San Andreas. My experience, drive, and commitment to the people will guide us to a better, stronger, and more unified future.
- As much as we focus on the well-being of our private citizens, we will never forget the dedication and hard work of our colleagues from the state organizations. Our commitment to ensuring their success is just as strong. Here are the key plans for the state organizations under our leadership:
7. Collaboration for Medical Supply:
We will make sure every state organization (by sending their units) supports EMS at the med labs in their efforts to produce medicine, as every one of us, across all state organizations, relies on it.
8. Security for EMS Recruitment Events:
Whenever mass recruitment is taking place, we will ensure that law enforcement officers are present to assist with background checks, keeping the process smooth and secure for all involved.
9. Streamlined Legal Process:
We will work closely with FIB to simplify the drafting, processing, and approval of legal documents, like raid case files. This will include reviewing classified rules, freedoms, and providing our colleagues with motivational tasks that come with bonuses for their hard work.
10. Consistent Weekly Bonus Tasks:
Easy-to-complete weekly tasks will be set up, allowing state organizations to earn extra bonuses. This helps incentivize performance and boosts morale across the board.
11. Financial Support for State Organizations:
Every state organization will receive a weekly money bonus to help fund their operations and ensure that they continue to run efficiently and smoothly.
12. Allowing State Organizations far from city to use The Capitol to conduct their open recruitments:
Just as i had done it as Sheriff(with the permission from the former Governor), my units and i would come to capitol and do mass recruitment of citizens from there. I am willing to pass down/continue that culture.
13. Organization-to-Organization PR Events:
Having already done close to 20 events in SAHP. As governor, State organizations will be encouraged to hold events together, strengthening inter-organization relationships, networking, and boosting roleplay (RP) across the community.
14. National Security Collaboration:
We will hold regular meetings with the NG General to discuss and implement strategies for improving national security, ensuring that San Andreas remains a safe and secure place for all.
With these plans, we aim to strengthen the cooperation and effectiveness of our state organizations, creating a cohesive and efficient governance system for the future of San Andreas.
Let’s work together to build a government that works for everyone.
