2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1) I want to be a leader of Ballas as it is the first gang which I joined. I have a lot of experience in the gangs and I believe that we can make a difference in the city together with experienced players. I have ability to lead with a balance ensuring that the members of the organization feel supported, especially in high-pressure situations where staying calm is crucial.
2.2) In my gang there will be no space of favoritism. Every rank will be given equal Respect no matter whether higher or lower. In my term there is no space of who will disrespectful, toxic and troll people. I will try to make the Ballas Gang as the most active with best players and the best turfers!
2.3) Finally, I understand that leading an organization is a responsible job and need high experience and I am fully prepared for this role. I have many planning to run the gang at least 30 days (1 term). I am not afraid from taking the responsibilities because I know that being chosen as a leader means being ready to take on the challenges that come with it.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the Rp level in the organization is that I will also invest my time in teaching the new people about the gang which most of the leaders doesn’t do as most of the players doesn’t know the ghetto rules and make sure that no one breaks the Rules. My Main aim is to make the gang environment as friendly where each member feels confident and freely to express his/her opinion in every event.
