2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I have been a gangster in my whole Grand RP experience and have been to many gang terms and went through many leaders aswell. I have seen all the problems that ex leaders have went through and experienced them as a member of their organization so i thought to myself why dont i try to take a leadership and fix all the problems that members have in a criminal organization and let everyone have fun.
2.2 At some point I achieved Marabunta Leader which i couldn't complete due to the poor decision i did in choosing the deputies I had. I also learnt from all the mistakes I did as a leader before and I know how to handle a gang and lead everyone correctly so I will make sure to correct all those mistakes I did previously.
2.3 My Goal has always been to achieve a leadership position and keep it for atleast 30 days. One of the organizations ive always wanted to join or lead is Ballas. In all previous Ballas terms they we're perfect everyone worked as a team and the leaders ran them very well and I would love to try and keep that streak going.
2.4 Im a very calm and respectful person towards everyone and I keep a calm tone while communicating whatever the situation is. One of the problems in gangs is the favoritism and people not being treated equally and that is what i will fix. Favoritism will not be tolerated and everyone is forced to respect eachother no matter what rank the other person is. Toxicity aswell will not be tolerated.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Favoritism will not be tolerated.
3.2 Everyone must be treated equally and with respect no matter what rank the person they are talking to is they should treat everyone with respect and be friendly towards everyone.
3.3 Take over the ghetto and let everyone enjoy working as a team.
3.4 Getting sprays and maintaining a high spray profit every hour or every couple of hours so everyone can get rewarded for being in the gang aswell as the spray team.
3.5 Achieve 100% turfs or try to.
3.6 Doing more than the minimum requirements asked.
3.7 Being an active gang doing all events and as much events or stores or FZ raids as we can so everyone can have fun aswell as participate every cland.
3.8 High Commands should be chosen and promoted by their activity in the gang so they can take care of situations when they happen or if a situation happened and someone is getting treated unfairly while no Deputies/Leader is around the high commands can take fair actions to solve it and keep a friendly and calm environment.
3.9 Deputies should be chosen wisely.
