We are at Normal petrol of city and this guys having id 146985 first CR me and my guys and then and killed the guys (198550) in Green Zone which is GZ 1.1 and when we killed him for an arrest reason was ic so he dicided to left the game which is against the GR 6.2

No GZ 1.1 Seen in the provided POV

ID 146985 will receive a punishment for VDM + GR 6.2.
(As seen in the POV ID 146985, did intentionally hit the POV owner, and when he was almost caught, he left the game to escape RP arrest)

However

ID 154898 will receive a punishment for Mixing + GR 6.15.
(As seen in the POV ID 154898, didn't issue any kind of demands to the Suspect, rather started shooting, also used the word "Car ramming" which is not an IC word)
