I respectfully deny the complaint against me and would like to clarify the situation. My actions were not a result of provocation but rather a response to the scenario as it unfolded.

1. Lack of Communication: I repeatedly asked why my vehicle was being checked and what was happening, yet I received no response. When you finally spoke, you were rude and immediately attempted to arrest me for "failure to comply" without providing any justification.
2. Unrelated Shooting Incident: I did not instruct the other individual to shoot you. As shown in the clip, he began shooting before I could even say anything. Additionally, he also shot at me in an attempt to get me out of the situation.
3. Failure to Provide Justification: As a law enforcement role-player, it is your responsibility to answer citizens' questions regarding their situation. Had you provided an explanation and issued a fine, I would have accepted it. Instead, you failed to communicate, disrupting the roleplay experience.
4. Power gaming Concern: You were seen using a PDA while simultaneously opening car doors, which is considered power gaming. This goes against fair roleplay standards and further contributed to an unrealistic scenario.

1. i didnot immediately attempted to arrest u, I asked u to step out of ur car and u explicitly denied by saying no
So its a failure to comply and completly a legal arrest
2. I never said u asked him to shoot me but u asked him to shoot urself, as u will not do the same in real life, So Fail Rp
3. As a leo i m not liable to answer each question u ask, U asked for my id and i showed u. Leo donot have to justify his actions if any citizen feels any problem they can complain about it to lspd or make a supena via doj
4. It was just an animation as u can see in video and we cant walk while operating pda in hand.

As for the PDA in Hand, it's a common Bug. He Fixed it while in RP. Shows no PG here, The First Thing About RP is not Reporting you can Ask for a Lawyer & do it RP way...
