2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
THE MAJOR REASONS ARE AS FOLLOW
a) I Started my journey as a Lower command in SAHP. I remember when i was new in the city and joined SAHP. Slowly with time i started gaining experience as a leo. Getting aware with the legislation and presented myself as a successful SAHP Leader. After i become the Sheriff i immediately started the work for the people of san andreas and Los Santos.
b) I think i didnt get much time to prove myself as a leader or Sheriff and that is the only reason i want to handle SAHP again and i know i can make The SAHP Active again like it was before. I felt a true bond with the SAHP and Loved my team so much. I want to bring my old team back and Bring peace among the citizens. and i believe that SAHP is for me from the start. as it is the first ever org which i joined when i was a new citizen.
c) Now, i feel that specially the San Andreas which is under the jurisdiction of SAHP. Those who are living in san andreas are facing many difficulty in some cases people got kidnapped and Even some Thief are performing robbery in the San Andreas. People are very worried for these Unlawful acts of criminals. innocents are being killed everyday on the Highways of San Andreas. People are not safe anymore thats why i want to be the Sheriff and run the SAHP on my own way. Dealing Harshly with the criminals and provide justice to the residents.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Bonus Program: I will be making a good bonus program with the help of my special team. this will encourage people to be the part of SAHP and protect the San Andreas.
b) Best Public Relations: As i will hire good people for the PR Department and they will be promoting the SAHP on the state level. They will aware people about how to protect them selves by such criminal acts and aware them with the SAHP.
c) Communication: Me and my team will be using best communication methods possible. So that no innocent person will be punished and Citizens will get justice in the best possible way.
d) Meetings: Ill Ensure to have a weekly report meetings with all the department Heads. Also ill Request the Governor to have atleast one Leaders Meeting a week so we can discuss the occuring issues and give our views to solve that.
