Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Accept this report
ID. 90400 will receive punishment for VDM
(at 0:13 can be seen doing VDM)
However,
ID. 107670 will receive punishment for Fail RP + GR 6.23
(at 0:18 can be seen talking after getting killed and 0:25 can be seen doing Bug abuse)​
