i've been a part of LI. for the previous couple of months. over the past tenure, i used to be an DHOD of advertisements, HR supervisor and Senior supervisor, where I found out a lot from all- leaders to interns and received fine information. So i wanna thank all those who help me from the start.

As a 'Li' organizer, i've plenty of occasion web hosting concepts that I might be satisfied to enforce, as well as some personal tips of additional activities to ensure all take part and experience happily.

• I know many issues which are faced by the citizens, So I have many ideas to fix those issues. Like people have to wait for hours for their ad to get edited but in my leadership I will fix this and will make sure every citizens get their ads edited on time.
• I saw many higher ups are currently doing favouritism in Lifeinvader by selecting their fam members and their friends in Lifeinvader but under my leadership I will make sure that only deserving ones and the ones who really works hard gets the chance to work in Lifeinvader and no favouritism is there.
• I wanna improve all the department In Lifeinvader (especially journalism) as till journalism department is only working to make articles but articles is not the only thing a journalist do. So I wanna improve this under my leadership.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will organize different and unique events where the citizens interacts which each other and with Lifeinvader employees, which will make a friendly relationships between the citizens and Lifeinvader employees. I will hire people from all time zones rather than a single time zone so that the ads get edited 24 hours without any delay.
I will make sure that regular interviews, videos and articles are getting posted on CNN so that people gets aware about the things happening in the city.

1.) I am working in Lifeinvader from past 6-7 months and in those months I have worked in almost every department and currently working as Dhod of Creative, So I know all the problems Lifeinvader is facing. So in my term I will give my best in resolving those problems.

2.) I am very professional and polite to other citizens. And professinalism is a necessary quality to be done in Lifeinvader and I will make sure to resolve all the problems by staying humble with everyone.

3.) From last 1-2 months the HR team is not very active and very few employee calls are being answered. So I wanna bring changes in the HR team as well so this doesn't happens in my term.

4.) As a LI Employee I have noticed some things and speculations by citizens about LI that LI is lazy, LI is making mistakes and many things like that i want to change this speculations about LI and make it the best org in city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

If I become the Leader I will improve a various things in the org -

1.) I will post 2 articles daily in cnn and i will provide training to all like how to play the role of them correctly which are like in the other orgs like ems and all. how to do on spot reporting and the interview and all these things are literally like out of the org or we can say dead things, i want to revive these things and encouraging my employees to do these things as well.

2.) I will start encouraging them to do on spot reporting like if a event is happening so 2-3 journalist go together and do the broadcast of that event.

3.) I will improve the selection system to improve RP in the org.

4.) I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.

5.) I will make HODs to those who are capable of that and Online for the convenience of all.

6.) I will hire more in ads department as we can see the delay of ads department and also give them training (mentioned it in above point) and so their mistakes can get corrected.

2.1- I want to become a leader of Lifeinvader because I believe I have leadership qualities. Recently, I joined the journalism department at LI and noticed a lack of activity, so I plan to improve that.I have experience in both legal and illegal activities, and I have enough experience to lead Lifeinvader
2.2- As a citizen, we have to wait for our ads because the ads department has been lazy in the past few terms. I will change that.
2.3- I will hire more and more members in LI to ensure smooth operations, and also bring on experienced HC.Because everyone in the city had a dream to join LI, I think during my term it will be easy to join LI with no favoritism.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1- I will try change the cost of ads from $5000 to $3500 because for new citizens it is costly and they can't advertise their items.
3.2 -I will try update the list of illegal items because many items in the policy are illegal but make no sense for that item to be illegal.
3.3- We will make Lifeinvader very active this term by focusing on the creative and journalism departments. We are capable of organizing one talent shows in every one week.
