2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) Firstly I would like to become the leader of San Andreas Highway patrol (SAHP) because I have spent a good time in SAHP and I always wanted to become a sheriff and like last time when I got the leader ship of National Guard I had less people in team but if I become the leader , I have a great team with me and I have planned so many changes regarding the departments and the PR with my team to make the term better and help new comers enjoy there time while staying professional.

2.2) LSPD was my first org which I joined and all the things I learnt from the General post and other legal org as high command helped me gain good knowledge about all these orgs especially about SAHP , I was part of GOV , EMS , NG as general and in between I joined SAHP I spent a good amount of time here and learnt many things about SAHP . As I was already a leader of NG I learnt many thing and I know some of my mistakes and i if a become the Sheriff ( leader of SAHP) I will try my best to improve it and make SAHP better.

2.3) Lastly I have my team ready with me and my deputies have planned something big for SAHP , just like last time when i was the General of NG me and my team has broken some unbreakable records and if I get the leader of SAHP we will make sure to set some unbreakable records and mark our legacy.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1) Firstly to improve RP within SAHP and as well with the city me and my PR team have already planned 25 unique events which we will do with other orgs as well and we will include LI in our events so this can boos RP within SAHP , other org and with citizens . Under my leadership we will choose best guys as Head for HR and PR because HR and PR are the backbone for interaction with citizens , PR will make sure that they are active and are continuously interacting with citizens and are increasing RP on the other hand HR will make sure they are focusing on new comers and are treating everyone equally with respect while doing open recruitment 24/7 .

3.2) SAHP is a well-organized org. I will make sure that I collaborate with NG Airforce to protect the highways, and I will assign my units, 4-6 each, on the highway so that they can keep an eye out for crimes and within the perimeter of NG. This way, they can inform other orgs too if NG is getting raided during their raid hours. This will boost the RP situation and the relations with other orgs as well.

3.3) In SAHP we will choose the best Head of Internal Affairs (IA) so that IA team can insure that there is no favoritism and no one is getting higher rank without proper proof so that everyone can work and earn the rank they deserve.
