i've been a part of LI. for the previous couple of months. over the past tenure, i used to be an DHOD of advertisements, HR supervisor and Senior supervisor, where I found out a lot from all- leaders to interns and received fine information. So i wanna thank all those who help me from the start.

I will organize different and unique events where the citizens interacts which each other and with Lifeinvader employees, which will make a friendly relationships between the citizens and Lifeinvader employees. I will hire people from all time zones rather than a single time zone so that the ads get edited 24 hours without any delay.
I will make sure that regular interviews, videos and articles are getting posted on CNN so that people gets aware about the things happening in the city.

1.) I am working in Lifeinvader from past 6-7 months and in those months I have worked in almost every department and currently working as Dhod of Creative, So I know all the problems Lifeinvader is facing. So in my term I will give my best in resolving those problems.

2.) I am very professional and polite to other citizens. And professinalism is a necessary quality to be done in Lifeinvader and I will make sure to resolve all the problems by staying humble with everyone.

3.) From last 1-2 months the HR team is not very active and very few employee calls are being answered. So I wanna bring changes in the HR team as well so this doesn't happens in my term.

If I become the Leader I will improve a various things in the org -

1.) I will post 2 articles daily in cnn and i will provide training to all like how to play the role of them correctly which are like in the other orgs like ems and all. how to do on spot reporting and the interview and all these things are literally like out of the org or we can say dead things, i want to revive these things and encouraging my employees to do these things as well.

2.) I will start encouraging them to do on spot reporting like if a event is happening so 2-3 journalist go together and do the broadcast of that event.

3.) I will improve the selection system to improve RP in the org.

4.) I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.

5.) I will make HODs to those who are capable of that and Online for the convenience of all.

6.) I will hire more in ads department as we can see the delay of ads department and also give them training (mentioned it in above point) and so their mistakes can get corrected.

LI unites people from all kinds of diverse backgrounds like business people, legal organisations and plain citizens. 3.1. Hire and train more members for Ads team
Recruit and train additional members for the Ads team I have noticed that people in the city sometimes have to wait too long to upload ads so I need to hire and train new members for the Ads team. Perhaps this will resolve the issue of ad delays and people wont become frustrated because I also have to wait 30 minutes or even an hour to upload an ad when I'm not a part of LI myself.

3.2. Improve the journalism team's RP
As I believe that roleplay issues are the reason why people arent as interested in journalism these days, I will take into consideration that roleplaying in journalism should be nice and that people should be interested in it.

3.3. Provide the Creative Team with Fresh Concepts
I will devote my time to this department as well because I have tried to hire some new people with fresh ideas. We will assist these individuals in proposing and developing their ideas which may improve the city RP and allow these newcomers an opportunity to showcase their ideas.

1. I have a lot of experience in the server. I've been playing for around 7 months now and that is being very active. Through out my time in the city I have been apart of multiple orgs and have experienced best of the best leaders in action. I have been in multiple organisations but the ones that I have been the longest in are FIB, Bloods and Marabunta. I've been a high rank in all these organisations and will show my experience and skills in one of the most important organisations in the city. I also have a lot of leadership skills outside the city, I coach a younger age football team and have important skills such as communication and leadership which will make the org organised and bring a lot of success.

2. I'm currently in my second year of college studying Graphic Design and have a lot of skill in editing photos and videos. I have skills in using most of the Adobe software's, main ones being Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects. This allows me to edit professional videos of events happening in the city which I'm really looking forward to. My goal is to make Life Invader a friendly group of motivated and skilled citizens who will be working hard and most importantly having fun while doing so.

3. My main goal would be to bring this organisation to a more wider scale. Despite the busy ads which is one of the most important jobs in the city I also want to bring all the organisations together. I want Life Invader to be a community that brings all citizens from around the city a place to enjoy themselves and have interesting events and competitions. I had my time in gangs and legal orgs and I really just want to have a lot of RP and bring fun to the city as much as I possibly could.

In my opinion Life Invader has the most RP potential in the whole city. I have an am that we can implement into the city of having an actual news channel which can include daily-weekly videos of big events that happened through the city so that citizens can watch these daily news updates on the server email. I'd like to take use of the Life Invader facility for Leaders of other organisations to attend interviews in which they would have an opportunity to talk about their organisation and the things they do which would explain all orgs to new players and those wanting to join as it would also help recruitment. We are all in this city to have fun so my team and I would implement global events and even small competitions daily for people to come out and have fun while also having a chance of getting rewards.

I hope I get selected as I have a lot of exciting ideas to be implemented as well as having the right amount of staff to do the simple but important job of editing ads. Good luck to all those that applied!
