2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- I am one skillful leader who is capable of bringing together and coordinating a faithful group of individuals. My belief is that a gang is only as strong as its members, so I will be sure to bring in those who are not just supportive but who are also prepared to thrive in combat and roleplay. I will make it a point that everyone is not uninformed about their tasks, the rules are adhered to, and that we as a team unite to take over the town. It does not matter whether it involves controlling the drug traffic, doing weapon operations, or taking the key territories, I will come up with a system to keep us ahead of our competitors.
2.2- Your leader will have to be strategic and tactical with the ways of the gang that he/she leads. I have done my own skills which shows how to ambush, performed large-scale heists, and made tactical strikes against an enemy to face our opponents. I will want to make it clear that being a leader does not only contain violence, but also pressure and negotiation that are of great importance. I will form friendly relations where necessary, and obliterate threats regardless of their source with the Blood Street Gang remaining to be one of the most powerful gangs on the server.
2.3- I, being a gang head, am one of the people who are behind the gang culture and identity of the Blood Street Gang. It is clear that even after my leadership, I will not destroy the existing tradition but instead, I will also be introducing new ones.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1- I will share my most unique RP experiences with every gang member.
3.2- I will do Fz with every other gangs to impower the roleplay of city and make gangs strong.
3.3- We will do events other then requirements also to give our best time to improving roleplay of the city
3.4- We will give maximum bonuses so that people attend more and more events and roleplay improve
My goals for the Blood street gang.
1. 11.500$ profit from graffiti every hour
2. dominate both main and beach ghetto
3. Try to get maximum territory in turf we can
4. Maximum number in clands and dominance in highways
