2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I have More experience in RP and I have already developed a lot in it from being High command in every state org. as i have noticed that SAHP has an important role in the highway patrolling, but it is very inactive in before terms so I want to revive this organization on top in all the state organization with attending all the events, each atm robbery , every hour our troopers will be doing highway patrolling. As My intention as the leader of the organization is to do the tasks. Although I spend whole hours during the week, I am 100% available at any time of the day to guide, organize and lead the SAHP ready to respond to any incident, and above all ready to want to evolve PR and I'm able to help improve the image of the organization , by recruiting a maximum number of people and carrying out RP Scenes.
2.2 I would like to have the Lead of the SAHP to be able to put it on an equal with other organizations. and also i want to change certain things like the internal rules of the SAHP, recruitment, training (more in-depth), update the different in divisions. I have many best methods prevent favoritism in my leadership term.
2.3 Finally I strongly believe I will do better than the previous leaders by being present as much as possible, meeting the expectations of my term and thus progressing together while respecting others. I mostly like to make a friendly environment between my troopers and co-organization employees. I hope my experience is eligible to become a leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 As a former High command of SAHP, I noticed a lack of organization, which led to mistakes for newcomers and somewhat affected the organization's image. I propose implementing more comprehensive training, detailing all aspects of the job, so that each recruit is well prepared and informed before starting their work.
3.2 Recruiting more agents allows us to have new agents to bring new ideas and not to be understaffed.
3.3 Promotion ceremonies will be organized to reward the hard working Agent with good bonuses that will help both org and the agent.
Departments:
IA ( Internal Affairs ) To manage internal investigation inside org , strike management , discipline , activity checks and logs.
HRT ( Human Resource & Training ) Managing Training , interviews , checking application , roster, providing logs.
HWP ( Highway Patrol ) To conduct Patrols on highways to ensure public safety and towing abandoned vehicles.
SWAT ( Special Weapons And Tactics) Conducting Special Operation , Leading Situation during tough time and have special skills in weapons.
PR ( Public Relations) we will do everyday one event without any rejection with High Amount of Prize pools. by the end of the term we will complete 25 events without any rejection compulsorily...
