As seen in the link below, my ban has been approved for removal by Bobby Pluxury:

However, when I opened another forum thread to ask about the unban process, I was told that I was spamming:
Rejected - Mass rule violation | Adham Pluxury

Is simply asking when my access will be restored considered spam? I still can't log into the game, and I would really like to return and play with my friends.

Could you please clarify why I can't access the game and let me know when I will be able to log in?
