Dear Sam, Pablo to who it may concern,
In this forum, the thread owner is an EMS employee. He only provided 45 seconds of POV, which does not show the whole situation. Here is the full POV: i also post it in original forum
At timestamp 00:06 to 00:10, it was clear that ID 41109 was driving an ambulance along with ID 117671. There was an ongoing situation, and I specifically told them not to patch anyone and to leave the area immediately. However, ID 117671 did not leave and instead went straight to patch the unconscious stranger while a gunfight was still happening.
I was shooting from the roof, and it was hard for me to see the EMS uniform. I thought he was one of his friends, which is why I killed him. It took 7 days to review this situation. According to EMS training, no EMS member should patch anyone during a 10-10 situation. If they see a 10-10 situation, they must leave and report it to others. But he violated this rule, yet the admin did not punish him.
The Wizard asked him for his extended POV, but he was unable to provide it and claimed that he deleted it after 6 days. Despite this, the admin still judged me based on his 45-second POV. Technically, the forum should have been rejected since he couldn't provide the full POV, but instead, the admin did not reject it.
After his comment, The Wizard changed his mind and punished me without seeing the whole situation, and I received a warning, while the EMS employee received no punishment.
I respect the admins, but this decision feels unfair. A judgment should be based on the full situation, not just an incomplete POV. I hope this case can be reconsidered with fairness in mind.
Thank you for your time
