I just had a doubt about my recent punishment along with my friend. We were punished by Stefano for MG. While i understand and dont blame him as he is just doing his job to ensure the server is a safe place i strongly believe this was a misunderstanding.
Metagaming essentially means transmitting OOC information ICly where there is NO WAY sensibly for the other person to know it otherwise. In this situation i told my friend to provide the 10-15 medical attention while my friend ICly was in front of me which he acknowledged.
While i understand this would be MG if say for example i was at a completely different location than my friend, here we were together so it doesnt quite make sense for us to receive MG as we were literally 2 feet away from each other and not Breaking RP or Character.
Again, we love and adore and most importanly respect Stefano but misunderstandings can happen as we are all humans. So please let me know your take on it. If you feel the punishment was right, i am ready to accept it no worries but this is just a bit confusing honestly as if that is the case then places and channels like Courtroom or Lawyer Room VCs should also be considered MG platforms but they are not as we are literally in front of each other and not transmitting any other info that is not procurable otherwise.
