2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1) My first main reason to want to partake in being a leader is just mainly gangs are my thing its fun and i have majority been in gangs of my time in city and i feel i would be best fit to lead the future gangsters and pull in some cash for everyone and just have a fun time.
2.2) Another Reason i would Want be the Leader Of Ballas is just another thing for me to do i have tried owning a business i tried to be on the other side as a cop but i can only so far i could get i want to try something new and that's to be a leader i want to maintain a strong term so it could be something im good at and with my knowledge from my past leaders i can be the best leader on my term.
2.3) My final reason on why i want to be a leader is i'm chill a chill guy i'm very easy to talk to even though i might not be able to understand everyone i'll still give it effort
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1) My advice is try to help everyone even if it goes out of your way there are leaders who send people on goose chases to other HC when they could hear you and most definitely help you. I understand every HC has a role but all HC's don't want to help you and just ignore you or later claim to not have received your email its the same thing with leader's sometimes i feel as a leader you should always be able to take over and help out when people need it help is needed. Yes i understand people have lives but i don't so its easy for me to say that i can help everyone.
3.2) I think another way i can improve Ballas would be just giving other people a chance i don't think its fair to see the same HC's at term as they will always have power over you and it could be unmotivating for some people as that HC already has an image of you and i believe people can change if we if were different people i feel could have overall higher activity when everything is fair instead of favorites.
3.3) Another piece of advice for improving Role play is to not tolerate hate on lower ranks because not everyone was giving the same opportunity as you to be a Leader or HC everyone can be great and when people are hated or treated wrong they wouldn't want to come back and that will ruin activity in our gang. ( All HC's should be chosen based on activity and others options of their performance and if done poorly they can start over the ranks)
3.4) Another improvement is maybe changing it up people lose interest when the gang is inactive maybe we can have huddles everyday or once a while so people know the gang is active we can switch it up once a while some people aren't always going to be on which i will understand and they will miss all of there opportunities to rank up or make some money i feel the gang can be active majority of the time so everyone can enjoy what we have to offer.
