2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
• I have a lot experience in State high command in all the organization and i believe it is an important value that the state organization care about the safety and well being of citizens. i have skilled in years of service in many state organization and departments. I have extensive knowledge of everything that revolves around the SAHP. from the code of conduct to each. arriving at the entire organization i have been part of this organization in this city for a long time, also holding important positions, I have managed whole patrols and the entire department as US Marshal. I will bring back the SAHP with Active toppers, who have worked with me in SAHP before when I was US Marshal, which can demonstrate our knowledge to the new recruits and make them learn quickly operational in my term.
• if I get the term, i will focus to the maximum on the departments and colleagues the department with other state organization and organize to briefings between each week and also we will be doing 25/25 PR events without getting failed. and i believe I am able to Manage the SAHP and choose the right people who can able to accompany me in this city. I am also very active in the city and will almost always be present for my colleagues.
• I want to make sure that SAHP is a friendly work environment but in Leos orgs they will be more favoritism , in my org this will be not occur and anyone being favorized will be punished according to it. and we will be attending each events , atm robbery, globals. we will increase patrols on highways. I am ready to step up and lead SAHP as active state organization.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
. Always be open to meetings with other leaders of state organizations to improve the organization itself with ideas from others and vice versa, and i will hope to maintain strong ties among all the state organization.
. Most important thing for this organization is to be patient with newcomers and to perfect the trooper. they have to be impeccable and perfect
. I will choose the high commands of the specials division to a very high standard when its come to the HRT department.
. I will give everyone the equal opportunities so that trooper can be promoted easily and happy with they hard work.
