2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- I want to be sheriff because I want to help out each and every citizen in highway, also I want to keep the highway clean in each and every way I can. I will always try to have maximum numbers. I dont want that citizens should suffer from robbery or any issues like that, so my basic motive is to make highway crime free and also helping citizens in eah and every way I can. Also I will be a good leader and handling the term in a good way and best way I can.

- I am a very good and a person with a clean record of mistakes. Means there is no major mistake I have done in my whole grand rp life. Means no major rule violation done. Also I have a good skills and I also know how to deal with high pressure situation. I can do help the employee and where they need me I can help them each and every time. Also I can help the citizens to feel safe on highway during my term.

- I have a lot of experience in leos and also know how to treat employees as well as citizens. I have a very good experience and good leadership skills so that it can help me becoming leader. These qualities include helpful nature, friendly behaviour and also eager to learn new and new things. I always respect high commands as well as lower commands because all the employees are equal without any discrimination.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- Improving Internal Affairs: I will hire very good people in internal affairs which will do bgc and check licences of people and also deal with the situations in between the employees or any complaint and giving them strikes. So I will hire only honest people in IA so that the organizations will run smoothly without any misconduct.

- Improving Human Resource and Training: I will hire only people who are very much active in city and also which are willing to do open recruitment every hour in city when they are not in any event or anything. So this will increase activity and also we would get more and more employees in the organization and then there would be good numbers every time. I will try to get that there is an hr active everytime at hq

- Conducting Meeting: I will make sure to conduct the meeting every week or 2 times in week with the employees to discuss the problems and issues related to organization. In this meeting there will be a discussion about the issues and about how to resolve the issues within the org.

- Improving Towing (parking enforcement): This department is the one of the main department in SAHP, I will take care of it and there should be maximum amount of tows that should be done each single day. I will ensure this department would be active.

- I will also ensure that there will be more and more checkpoints done on highway so that the rp is increased more and also making it quite good and fun for officers of SAHP.


DEPARTMENTS:

HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING (HRT)
: Do hiring new people, giving them logs and also training them.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
SPECIAL WEAPON AND TACTICS(SWAT): Going to special events and also doing cannabis busts
PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR): They will do events and will have a good interaction with citizens
TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT (TE): They will do more and more tickets (fines) and also towing the illegal parked vehicles.
Highway Patrol (HWP): They will do checkpoints on highway and there main goal will be patrolling on the highway-.
