I hope you are doing okay and I appreciate the time you take to help me on my issue.
Yesterday I reported a person on the forum for using his taser in a gunfight. Since I got punished for this in the past (here) i figured, it was a rules violation.
It was rejected with the reason that no rule violation was seen in the video.
Thats when i created my first complaint about the administrator.
The status was set on reviewed and a senior administrator did look over it again.
Thats when things turned interesting from my point of view.
The part where the reported guy used his taser was completely ignored and i was warned for GR 6.15 instead.
Now, that did seem a little off to me, so i created another complaint about the senior admin, which Monika Tired rejected with the reason that the administrator did evaluate the post correctly.
Now to the situation i reported,
In the video you can see me on an family estate that was in possession of the money printing machine.
The ID 20357 threatened me with the words (translated) "Leave now or I will kill you."
Thats when i left, when one agressor was suddenly begging me for money, so I stayed and told him that I wouldnt give him any.
Now, about 20-30s later, the ID 20357 that was threatening to kill me, did exit his vehicle with a weapon in hand, thats where you can see me starting to aim at him.
When he did turn his gun in my direction, I did start to fire, protecting my life because it was like 20-30s ago when he threatend to kill me.

Now in that little gunfight, he did use a sawed off shotgun paired with a taser.
He did miss his taser shots, but that doesnt change the fact that he used a taser in an active gunfight. (I´d like to refer to the post, where I was punished for using a taser in a gunfight again.)
I´d love to know why this is seen as killing someone without RP background,
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
I must engage in RP before shooting someone, now as seen in the clip, I did talk to the people, I did engage in RP, and when the guy was alone, chosing to leave his vehicle with a weapon in hand, trying to shoot me, I do not understand why I should not be allowed to defend myself in this situation.
He did after all tell me that he would kill me, not even half a minute ago.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this and maybe help me understand, why this is counted the same way as just walking up to someone and killing him without saying a word.
