1. National Guard Leader
2.1: it was my first legal organizations and the only one, i saw many leaders going and coming but most of them abused from their power and littered the name of the National Guard. I helped with all my partners to bring down this corrupted National Guard leaders, and we established the basement of a clean and respectful organization. I was one of the highest ranks, and can say that i know more my organization than other people, so i have a lot of experience leadering soldiers and treating with other persons and organizations.
2.2: As i love military roleplay, i will be sure to create an ambient of discipline, honor, law respect, uncorrupted and fun military role. I will create the foundations of a fresh and entertaining military life, with lots of trainings, missions, forming my people to respect the ranks and hierarchy, and many more things using my experience and my knowledge of my time in other city.
2.3: Discipline, honor and respect above all, my soldiers will be serious in all role situations, ready to act whenever someone call us, and ready to protect our great city. My process of selecting people will be rigorous, only the people with mental strenght and self discipline will be able to join the National Guard, with my methods we will be the strongest, and the most correct organization. Something to add, i will bring very patriotic spirit, "GOD BLESS AMERICA"
3.0 I will mention some things and ideas i have to make our roleplay fun and interactive (and also realistic)
3.1: SPECIALITIES
I will design some special courses, where my soldiers can be capacitated like: Helicopter pilots, Plane and Jet pilots, special shooter, bomb squad, and many more.
With this courses, all my soldiers will have new things to do and learn, making new types of roleplay.
3.2: THE NGSF
The NGSF (National Guard Special Forces) will be the elite of our organization, specialized people barely selected that will be ready to do all the missions posible, like counterterrorism, vip protection, and many things more. With a rigurous training, these soldiers will kick the ass to all the dangers that can appear.
3.3: PARADES:
Not all will be action, like the army, i want to make structured parades and shows to cautivate the people of the city with vehicles expositions, lines of soldiers with flags, jets flying in the sky, and more. Like this, people will be more interested in the National Guard, and the soldiers will have more things to do.
There are many more things in my mind, and i want to apply them. I hope to have the chance to make a great job creating the best military ambient possible, and if not, i hope to help the next leader to make it, have a nice day.
