Berlin’s childhood was of little difficulty, given that he was born in Punjab, India. His family’s financial state was poor, as his father worked construction. When Berlin was seven years old, his uncle who settled down in Los Santos came back to India to visit. Having seen the family's plight, he persuaded Berlin's father to send the boy with him to the USA, where he would have a better life. Initially, Los Santos life was a dream come to pass in comparison to what he had known before. That nightmare did not last long, though. His uncle, who was initially nice, soon started getting him to do chores around the house. The workload escalated over time until Berlin was nothing but a servant. The abuse was next—his uncle, who drank a lot, would beat him up every night. Lonely and helpless, Berlin's sanity suffered, and anger was his sole friend. At 20, he could no longer bear the agony. Berlin fled. He roamed the city without direction until he encountered a woman who gave him hope. They fell in love and got married, but the wounds of his past rendered him unstable. The marriage collapsed, and his wife ultimately abandoned him. This ultimate betrayal hardened Berlin, fueling the rage that had been building inside him for years.
Career Story:
Desperate to achieve something, Berlin went as far as enrolling himself with the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) as a trainee. He quickly moved up the ranks due to his stellar work ethic and instincts. He caught the eye of the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), who promptly offered him a position which Berlin took without a second thought due to the prospects for further advancement. The stories of Berlin as a sincere officer who coldly and clinically eliminated armed opponents grew.
Berlin’s exploits earned him accolades, but so did bring him unwanted attention which sought to exploit his methods like the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) who enrolled him into their Special Operations Unit, reserved for the highest of high risk target elimination specialists. But with them came Berlin’s old demons. It did not take long for bloodthirsty criminals to offer increasingly vast sums for his freedom, initially meager, gradually turning into enormous wealth. What was once a momentary slip became a lifestyle. With his position came vast wealth and the possibility of escaping his brutal enforcement, so why not exploit the system.
As he went deeper into corruption, he also smuggled illegal products, hiding behind his badge. His superiors suspected him, and rumors of an internal probe circulated. Feeling the walls closing in on him, Berlin quit the FIB before he could be caught. Far from going into hiding, he took a calculated risk—he entered the Government (GOV), infiltrating it from the inside, making sure he could still carry on his illegal activities under the cover of legitimacy.
Outcomes:
1. Berlin can make criminals drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market while off duty (selling only looted stuff).
2. Berlin can refuse to show ID to anyone to save himself while doing corruption and initiate jail breaks and take darknet contract.
3. Berlin can go into Ghetto while Off Duty and can do illegal activities like robbing with family members. ( No fighting against LEOs )
4. Berlin can smash and destroy bodycams of civilians/Officers (using the /try commands twice per situation).
5. Berlin can release someone from prison for money (up to 100K).
6. Berlin can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
7. Berlin can put illegal items in 10-15's or citizens' pockets/backpacks to get them arrested (with proper RP).
