Life Story:
Sayko Mami was born into a politically active family in Istanbul Besiktas Turkey. For most of the people this would be a blessing but for him it was a bad curse. The family was full of powers but also full of struggles and tension. In order to make his life better he had to escape this politics environment.
Sayko left home very early in life and did small jobs with hard labor to be alive. Understanding that the most god gifted this he has was knowledge he studied law and politics. He read whole legislation he memorized all bills. many Years of struggle no food sleepless night for Sayko as he earned a law degree and a lawyers's license.
His awesome mind and want of success made him so that he was a force to be start with right from the start. As his frequent court wins attracted the attention of the Los Santos public, he gained experience. With each win, he became more powerful.
Career Story:
Sayko started his career as a member of the National Guard with the rank of private he worked hard and days later he was promoted to a better position after getting the position he wanted he left the National Guard and applied to the SAHP and was accepted after spending a long time there his last post in SAHP was HOD of Swat where he was progressing well but after an argument with the leader he had to leave SAHP Sayko then moved to the FIB where he took on important tasks eventually getting promoted and continuing to work as a Undercover Agent nowadays Sayko wants some cool and cozy place and he returned to SAHP as he can be useful here too.
Outcomes:
1. Sayko can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe equivalent to 100k). (Cannot be a hostage for bribe)
2.Sayko can break State Laws while on or off duty and can use his position in SAHP.
3. Sayko can buy, sell, loot, and use illegal firearms and items (armor, drugs, and engine blockers) while on or off duty. ((buying or selling in BM or exchange (off duty only))(org items isn't included)
4. Sayko can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record (100k money or equivalent in weaponry)
5. Sayko can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping(escaping from the prison (darknet task or using USB))
6. Sayko robs/kills in the ghetto, or kidnaps and robs/kills in isolated areas (following Gen 6.16, SR 5.5, and Ghetto-rule 1.8)
7. Sayko can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any type of ID.
