Life story:
Spray grew up in a tight-knit neighbourhood in Rize, Turkey. His mother was a doctor in the best hospital in Rize, and the only thing he could tell you about his father was that he was known as “The Boss”.Rize was nothing special to outsiders, but to Spray it was home. There was a lot of slum-like areas in Rize, thanks to the political side of the country. Spray’s dad employed him to work alongside him so they could make money. The end goal for his dad was so his mum didn’t have to work if she didn’t want to and if they kept their community protected and safe it was a bonus. When he was learning the tricks of dad’s business, he didn’t realise that his dad was doing illegal things (building and selling ammo and guns, creating and selling armour and vehicle scanners). He was unsure on how to feel about this, as he dreamed of a life protecting his mom and his city from crime. One day, while obeying his father’s orders, he was accosted by what he later found out to be a corrupt officer of SAHP. He took him and tortured him a little before just letting him go. Spray decided from that day that he would leave his dad’s side and join the police force. He will become somewhat of a higher power to this officer, and then he would take his revenge.
Career Story:
Spray will never forget the pain caused by that San Andreas police officer, so when he managed to get a position inside SAHP he knew he would have to wait until the time was right to get the revenge. He worked hard, living his dream of being a police officer, spending most of his days, catching speeding citizens on the highway and stopping store robberies and gangs from getting up to no good. Months and months passed, he was given trusted high command positions, eventually becoming Chief of Staff of SWAT (his favourite department). The time came for him to move on, LSPD was calling him to run their SWAT department and it was a great opportunity to show what he was made of. After a few years, he got the call he was waiting for. He didn’t realise how badly he wanted this call, but it finally came. FIB told him it was time to step up and give the city what it needed, and he was the best person for this job. He went there, and he knew that revenge was so close. When he joined, it was everything he couldn’t have even imagined. That SAHP officer went missing one day, and no one knew if he just left town, or if something more sinister happened. Spray is now one of the most valued people in FIB and after some rumours came out that FIB might’ve had something to do with it, he found a way to shut down those rumours. But.. I guess we’ll never know the truth. Not as long as Spray has this power.
Outcomes:
1- Spray can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
2- Spray can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Spray can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
4- Spray can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
5- Spray can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB )
6- Spray can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB
7- Spray can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )
8- Spray can use truth serum on suspect for get true information. ( /try 2 times per situation )
9- Spray can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
