Remaking this report as apparently me not explaining what happens in the clip is incorrect format, even though the clip perfectly shows the guy VDMING me in ghetto

so i was inside beach market i run out and kill two guys then a guy or "192602" attempts to run me over in his bagatti fails the first time, before then succeeding and proceeds to run me over multiple times before hopping out and using his rev/shotgun to kill me

literally nothing happened before you are just trying to wiggle out of a clear VDM violation the clip provided is 1 minute and that is all thats needed to provide the full context, however if the admin asks i will happily provide the full 2 and 30 second clip
