1- LSPD was the first legal organization I joined and I worked there for a long time, during this time I learned many things and had the chance to improve myself, I am used to how the organization works and I took part in many different situations, the reason I am making this application is because I believe I can lead this structure now with the time I spent and the experience I gained in LSPD
2- I want to become a leader in this organization to make a name for myself in legal organizations and move up to better positions. I believe I can achieve this because I have experience and I truly want this job.
3- Many of my friends have tried or succeeded in becoming a leader, and I believe itβs now my time to be in the highest command. For this reason, I want to become the LSPD leader and I truly believe I deserve it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
One of my main goals is to stop the unprofessional attitude and treating work as a joke while on duty. i want to make sure the organization stays serious and that everyone stays focused on their tasks. Also, I want to make it clear that selling ranks will have serious consequences, and this behavior won't be tolerated
