Born to gangsters in Bengaluru, Doctor Octopus became a criminal at a very early age due to his upbringing environment. As a child, he used to rob people, and gradually, he became popular as a dangerous gangster. Gradually, he reached a position where he is the most wanted man of the town. He has been eluding LEOs for which they have been trying hard ever since.
With increased notoriety of his crimes, LEOs issued a shoot-on-sight order if he ever got caught. To remain unnoticed and avoid getting arrested, Octopus stayed away from public view. Due to a lack of cash to keep up with everyday needs, he decided that he would commit one final robbery and flee the city to save his skin.
Career Story:
When Octopus finally made it to Los Santos, he started working a number of respectable jobs, slowly making some money and establishing himself in the city. But his criminal tendencies returned. He started hanging out with illegal families, went back to robbing people, and eventually joined gangs. His offenses became a habit, becoming routine killings within the ghetto and road robberies.
His criminal behavior picked up over the years. Nevertheless, all this changed on one day when he met with an unethical cop who let him off in exchange for a bribe when he was being detained.
That encounter sparked a new idea—he could make money the dirty way from the inside, while posing as someone clean. To build public trust and present himself as a reformed man, he joined the National Guard and rose to the rank of Major. He then moved to EMS, working briefly in the lab department on a one-week contract. His performance got him promoted to the Department of Calls and the rank of Jr EMT.With a polished image and growing trust, he finally stepped into the government. And that’s when he began real corruption—from the inside, with power and influence on his side. Today, Octopus holds the position of Deputy Director of the USSS Government.

1. Octopus can make criminals drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market while off duty (selling only non-org stuff).
