Hello, I have been playing your project since it was first launched, and I have been enjoying it a lot. A few months ago, I changed my computer and bought a laptop. After installing the game on my new computer, my first task was to download the Nvidia drivers. However, the version I downloaded was outdated, and I had no idea that this version was banned on your server. I am someone who plays the game following the rules and spends almost the entire day on your server. It is truly upsetting that such a mistake happened. Not being able to spend time on your server for 30 days is really a bad feeling. While I understand that completely removing my punishment is something you might not do, I would be very happy if you could shorten the duration. I would be incredibly grateful if you could forgive me. I have already downloaded the new version, and I am hoping for your fairness and mercy.
