I was walking in beach market with my friend, citizen (49458) approached me, asking that he needs to remove my shoes. I ask him if its regarding battlepass task, he says yes. I run out of the Green Zone, all of a sudden. The citizen (49458) starts to pickpocket/rob me instead of removing my shoes, I try to jump away but I get tased by a stun gun by another citizen (181984) who is an officer from NG, playing bad cop without biography should also be punished under (GR 6.4)

This was done so the rob will be successful.

I made this post, because a lot of the new citizens can lose a lot of their precious items by this process. I hope they are punished for this.

The place doesn't fall under 'Ghetto' or 'outside the city, yet you are saying its allowed and falls under GH1.8. Try learning the rules properly brother.
