2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
★ I have been an active player of this project from nearly 2 to 3 years and my experience is in EN1 and mainly EN3 being Ex Sheriff and Deputy of many state organizations and in this time period i have learnt about how state factions functions and I believe i am most capable of becoming the Director of Fib and leading fib to achieve most number of successful Raids.
★ Fib has been one of my favorite organization and i have plans to change the ways of FIB and improve the level of RP in there with the approval of the curator. i would not make any big promises but i would make sure there wont be any toxicity and favoritism internally and externally and i would make sure to have an similar clean term without warnings like my SAHP Term.
★ I would make some major changes in the departments with the addition of some new departments like the 99 Detectives who would investigate and make casefile of the crimes happening in the city also there would be other traditional departments like HR, IA, JTFF and CID with some changes in their departments that would bring huge difference in their functioning
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
A To have trained 00 Agents who would respond to situations as quick as possible
B I would bring some major changes in the departments like HR, IA JTF etc.
C To plan and strategize with other state organizations.
D To make sure the proper use of radio codes and Laws of the city.
E To give regular and high bonuses to departments and Agents for their work.
F To make use of undercover vehicles for busts and get evidences.
G To make casefile for every store and hostage situations.
H To catch wanted Criminals and reduce the crime rate in the City .
Various Departments In My Term
Federal Task Force ( FTF) :
They Will Respond to any threat made to city and outside the city.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID):
They will collect evidences and do undercover Busts .
Human Resource (HR):
They would train and hire new Agents for FIB.
Internal Affairs (IA):
They would look over and make sure the agents would follow the internal and city Laws.
99 Detective (99):
They would make Casefile of every store and investigate other situations and solve Federal Crimes.
