Additional information:
1. Leader of
Los Santos Police Department

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 My Experience in Multiple State Organizations:
- My experience from multiple state orgs, Holding positions In Government, EMS, SAHP, LSPD, FIB, and NG. I worked as High Command, Lawyer, and Lead DA for both LSPD and NG. I always worked hard in every organizations to prove myself and give my best, Which makes me confident as a leader of LSPD I can do same and make LSPD term better.
FIB: DHOD of UC/DHOD of Spec Ops/00 Agent
LSPD: COS of UC/Lead DA
SAHP: US Marshal
NG: Major General/Lead DA
GOV: Director of USSS / Deputy Director of SF EMS: Head of Division of IA / Head of Staff
DOJ: State Attorney/Private Attorney

2.2 Creating a Positive and Supportive Environment:
- We all know LSPD is a starting for all newcomers to our city where they learn and get a grasp of everything about LEOs from LSPD. As LSPD leader my aim is to create supportive and positive environment so they can give there best while working as LSPD officer. With my deputies and High Command team, we will ensure everything will be fair and Maintain the environment free from toxicity, favouritism and corruption and make sure all rules are strictly followed.

2.3 Maintaining Strong Relationships with Other State Organizations & Keeping LSPD Active:
- As a chief, I believe in making LSPD the city's best organization. I will see that all the officers are treated impartially and equitably. I will ensure keeping LSPD active in the city by answering ATM robbery, hostages, store (24/7 or Gun store), and FZ Raids and towing illegally parked vehicles to maintain order on the streets, besides providing support to other organizations for their causes. I intend to implement LSPD with honesty and assist the organization in achieving its maximum capabilities. Also most important thing maintaining strong, respectful relationships with all with every state orgs.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1 - My first step towards improving roleplay in LSPD would be to focus on the organization's newly hired units. I would do it by organizing HR related activities that will focus on making sure that the new rookies follow the rules and acting professionally. This would involve putting in place a voting system that will help high commands to select officers who exhibit these abilities on a weekly basis and reward them for their efforts.

3.2 - Interacting with other organizations is the next method we would increase RP within LSPD. We would communicate with other organizations in a courteous and professional manner. This would enable us to work together on SWAT trainings with NG by using their new training facility, help out SAHP with their checkpoints, and help out FIB with executing state issued warrants and help gather evidence against different criminal factions.

3.3 - The Traffic Enforcement division made sure to tow everywhere in the city. I think this opens up a lot of chances since it holds people responsible for following the city's traffic regulations. Despite having a great career in traffic enforcement, I think that additional towing and patrolling helps police improve their RP abilities and get new experiences every shift. A highly lucrative compensation structure that motivates officers to participate in maintaining clean city streets is how I would persuade them to do this.
