I m bringing up a serious issue involving a player with ID 123189. This player recently posted a highlight video where he disrespects the GrandRP project (EN2-EN3). In the video, he uses a meme that is widely known for disrespecting others, which is clearly against the server’s values. where you can see the disrespect and trolling behavior of the player. This is not a fabricated claim; it’s clear evidence of what was done.

To add more context, this player is associated with the Noxus family (originally Kaos 2.0), which has a history of targeting and toxic behavior.
