I Was Patrolling that i saw ballas were robbing SAHP Unit in Paleto Bay which is city and in my knowledge gangs cant rob in city, BTW when i chased them and they were near to get arrest some of them did CL which is also rule break and can be consider as Mass Rule Break For Ballas. ( I didnt Gave Them Demands For Shooting Bcz FIB Already gave And They were in active Situation )
