As you can see in pov that guy wasn't in fib and he came at 14:29 did VDM CR then he start provoking after that he said he is undercover but he isn't in Leo's . But when Leo's gave him demand but he don't fesr for his life
he just went to hill and start shooting
He was trolling in the situation and he tried to ruined the situation
