Dear Curator,
I’m writing this appeal with a heavy heart, as I’ve recently been banned for something I truly did not do IRL trading. I was brought into a private channel by Del, where he briefly checked my recorder and asked if I had ever done any IRL trading. I truthfully responded that I never have. He said “okay bye” and removed me from the call. A few minutes later,i was banned for irl trading/ gen 1.6
What concerns me deeply is that there was no thorough investigation. No one, including Del or Yaswanth, asked to see my DMs, Discord servers, or had any further discussion with me to confirm any claims. I was not given a chance to properly defend myself.
I want to make it clear that I have never participated in any form of IRL trading. I’ve always tried to be part of the community in a positive way. I’ve never been involved in any serious rule-breaking, and this situation feels like a misunderstanding or a mistaken accusation.
After the ban, I started hearing that someone had been using my name, pretending to be me, and joining illegal servers to chat with people as if they were me. If that is the case, I kindly ask you to double check the username involved. My official username is only.jod. If someone was impersonating me, I believe this could have led to a major misunderstanding.
I’m humbly asking you to take a second look at my case. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak and provide anything needed to clear up this situation. All I want is a fair chance to explain and be heard.
