1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I’ve been part of Grand RP for 3–4 years, mainly on EN2, and have gained a lot of experience across EN1, EN3, and FR3 as well. I feel it’s time to give back to the community by using my experience to help others, maintain fairness, and support the server’s growth. I’m confident my experience and understanding of the server will allow me to contribute effectively as an admin.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
- I haven’t been a leader of any orgs, but I’ve held high ranks in multiple crime orgs in EN2. I’ve led members to events, participated in gang turfs, and have a strong understanding of the rules.
3. What are your strengths?
- Really fair person.
- Good listener.
- I always respond to people who need assistance.
- Calm in any kind of situations.
- Very serious.
4. What are your weaknesses?
- My only weakness is that I think a lot.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- I work well under pressure, handle multitasking efficiently, and enjoy teamwork. I'm calm, fair, and easy to communicate with in any situation.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
- Yes I don't have business.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
- Due to living in Australia, my time zone is different from many others, which can sometimes be a challenge. However, I’m confident I’ll remain active
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
- After 3-4 years in Grand RP. am quite familiar with the server and the rules it has created or carved for itself. I have no doubt that I could utilize my knowledge in prefacing assistance for others, have a positive impact, and help in the growth of the community.
