Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. My LEO experience started with the National Guard, where I climbed each and every rank till I was a Captain. After the National Guard, I joined FIB and climbed through each rank and became Supervisor of UC. Afterwards I joined LSPD as Chief of Staff and then SAHP. After being in Legal organizations for a long time and gaining tones of experience, I feel confident that I can lead an organization as LSPD.
2. LSPD is an organization for beginners where they gain basic experience of a LEO. However due to corruption, favoritism and racism, past few LSPD terms were not enjoyable for beginners. I want to eradicate these problems and bring LSPD back to its glory days which was seen in Sergio Saint, Gustav Hill, Sadman Kunn's term which I was used to hear about and wanna make it great like Rikz white and Lilith mage term which i was a part of.
3. Many people start their LEO journey from Los Santos Police Department, and I wanna make a good and healthy environment for them so that they can come and gain some real experience which will lead them to be a leader in future.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1.Going to make a friendly organization where any new citizen or a new guy can come and ask any HC for help or ask any question regarding their work.
2.As it can be some people's first organization, I will try to choose great Human Resources to teach new officers how we work and also try to tell them to follow rules and engage in proper Roleplay.
3.Going to remove all corruption and favoritism From Los Santos Police Department. Even I will have meetings with all High Commands and Non-High Commands, take suggestions from them and try to implement them to make LSPD meet their expectations.
