2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A: I always wanted to be incharge of a LEO organisation like LSPD or SAHP go gain experience to apply for FIB someday in future. Now after a long time speding in the server and also gained the leader experience by becoming the EMS Chief few months ago. Also I worked in every LEO organisation and had pretty good High Command rank there. I believe with all my experiences in LEO I can make LSPD a very active and great organisation just like I gained reputation when I made EMS the best active organisation in my term back in the days. I also have a pretty good sense and knowledge of Roleplay which I can use to make LSPD more Roleplayable and realistic.
B: For months I have seen that LSPD isn't doing their duty very good at all. They need to be more vigilant when someone stealing cars or robbing houses or even shooting in city. But LSPD isn't showing up to every possible incident. Also there are abandoned vehicles all over the city which needs to get towed or to given fines. Then I thought why don't I take things into my hands and make things perfect just they're used to be before. Also having a very strong community in the city is obviously a plus point to do more activities in the city. I have several plans to improve the roleplay scenarios in the organisation.
C: I want to change something including ranking system, uniforms and also some vehicles that is being used at the moment. Also attending every possible activities and making good relationships with other organisations will be my priority. And make the LSPD shine brighter again becuase crime rates are rising in Los Santos and some people has to put this to an end and that will be us. Doing our job right instead of wasting donuts. Duty is never an option it will be our only mission to make the city safe and protected
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I said in my reason to be a leader of such fraction improving roleplay level is the main priority besides doing basic responsibilities.
My Plans for improvement of RP :
I have something very interesting in mind which is I want to introduce some departments and divide works between them such as :
1. KEEPING THE CITY CLEAN (Traffic Enforcement) :
Doing basic police duty is mandatory which is attending every possible incident in city (minding our jurisdiction). Also making sure that streets are clean always, no illegal parking or abandoned vehicles in the road. Having more towing units and doing regular tow raid in several places like PH areas, Capitol areas, Beach Market areas, Power Station, Life invader HQ and more key places in the city. Tow raid will be a regular duty by all units. No matter how high rank EVERYONE has to tow atleast 10 to 20 cars in one day. Including COS after doing HC works obviously. sometimes we can do tow raids in all over to the city more than once in a day. We can also contact SAHP and collaborate in towing just like in other situations tyo make it done in a bigger scale.
2. CORRUPTION FREE ORGANISATION (Internal Affairs) :
My specialised Internal Affairs team who had previous experiences in IA from before will do regular BGC check and License check on every LSPD units. And if found any criminal activities then they should be put in custody by our officers. Which means they will lose their job and will get globally blacklisted as well. Also not having proper Weapon's license and Health Insurance will cause one or more strikes in their name. In strike period their promotions will get hold and they will be given punishment tasks to remove the strike. Also my DAs will do casefile on every possible member who will do prime out to escape their fortune. No favouritism will be tolerated in this particular department.
3. RECRUITING AND TRAINING THE BEST UNITS (Human Resource and Training) :
We will hire good HR representatives and HCs to make sure that good candidates will get hired going through a well interview and making sure that they know basic rules as well. Then they will get trained well to understand the Police Department and to do the right thing with perfection so no one can raise their hands to differ with our methods. Also in the training we will teach how to do good roleplay as well as keeping it real. Also for special training purposes we will do collaborations with other organisations to increasing the harmony among the LEO society.
For example :
A: Taking SWAT exercises to the NG ARENA or inviting SAHP/NG/FIB for special training missions if they are interested.
B: Asking help to the curators to Teleport our training players to another dimension to make it more OOC to shoot for training purposes. Like doing covert operation in Capitol or in PH to rescue the Hostage.
C: We can also take our units to NG shooting range to improve their shooting skills with permission from NG.
4. MOVING LIKE THE WIND (Special Weapons and Tactics) :
In every hostile emergency situations like Store, Gunstore, Hostage, Data Breach, BM Raid, Gang Raid and other special fighting missions our LSPD SWAT team will always think ahead and take actions like a pro that will be sometimes sneaky and sometimes very loud which will take the criminals down easily. Always thinking out of the box and just like the ancient chinese military tacticts mentioned in the book 'Art Of War' which is hitting the enemies where they are not supposed to get hit, will be applied and we will make this successful.
5. NO MORE GHETTO CLAP (Gang Control Unit) :
I have plans for the newly introcued department called "Gang Control Unit" which will be the newest and modified version of old "Undercover Department" . Where we make people to be more subtle and to get mixed up with criminals to catch maximum as we can in extend to our basic patrolling routine. GCU units will blend in with criminals and gangs to collect evidences during the emergency state and in regular UC work to catch criminals and busting cannabis plants.
6. WANNA BE SHERLOCK (Detective Units) :
This will be very new to the LSPD in Grand Roleplay history just for the sake of Roleplay. I know investigating a murder or other crime like real life is not possible in the server bacause of script issue which means we do not have such functions in game. But with the help of properly good roleplay and perfect commands we can make such things happen just like me and my HCs made "Blood Donation Campaign" possible in my EMS term without any game feature but only with RP commands and Roleplaying skills.
Basic works of an Detective Unit (DU) :
Only non HC ranks like from Deputy Commisioner upto HCs who have good roleplay knowledge can join this operation. This will be total fun to do :
A: Interrogating Suspects in the Interrogation room inside LSPD HQ to make them spit out facts (with proper RP command)
B: When approaching a unconcious person in the street. DU units will get his DNA samples and search the area for possible clues.
C: To take the investigating continue and to the next level we will go to EMS experts to do DNA tests and Post Mortems as well and making case files to find possible suspects.
7. A SOCIAL FREAK (Public Relations) :
PR departments will do their job as regular basis to create more Public activities and Me personally will add very experienced person in the department and some of my own ideas of Good and unique events for a good prizepool.
8. LOOKING LIKE A HERO :
A: I am personally a great fasion enthusiast. I like to do it on swag so will do my department with whole new combinations of uniforms beacuse I have plans to change existing ones.
B: A new combinations of weapon sets will come obviously to make it work in a rough and tough situations. Our units will have no problems emergency situations to get loadouts more quickly and also having the perfectly workable combos.
C: I personally request to our curators at the curator meeting to increase more vehicles especially UC cars because currently we are facing shortages of good UC cars that no one suspects.
