As you can see in image this 197588 officer come to me and without any voice demand just put me in Isolation as per rule on duty officer has to give proper demand while cuffing,armdraging,searching but on duty he can do like this with us when im saying to him sir your voice is not coming he just said to me bye bye ? what is this for officers their is no any rule i need justic for me......
