2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. This is my first time applying for Families leadership, and I’m excited to take this step.
2. It’s always been a dream of mine to lead an illegal organization in the city.
3. I’ve learned from many dominant gangs in the past by being part of them and watching how successful leaders operate.
4. I want to build one of the most organized, active, and feared gangs in the city.
5. My exams are completed, so I can give consistent activity and leadership to the gang.
6. I’m ready to give it my all to become one of the top leaders on the server and create a solid experience for my members.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. Introduce a reward-based bonus system to motivate members to stay active and loyal.
2. Daily turf participation with proper calls, plans, and coordination.
3. A dedicated graffiti team that ensures we dominate the map visually.
4. Organize daily RP actions:
- 2 Store Robberies
- 2 Gun Store Robberies (minimum)
- 1 Fort Zancudo Raid (minimum)
5. Assign roles and responsibilities clearly to ensure professional RP structure and discipline.
6. Encourage fun, respect, and creative RP that follows all city rules.
