Additional information
1. Leader of... I want to be the Leader of Lifeinvader known as (LI)

2.
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

a) LifeInvader was always meant to be about connecting people, but recently, our ads have started missing the mark. Some are simply offensive; others feel wrong in other ways. In this role, I want to generate some serious exuberance for our content-an ad that is witty, researched, and a joy to watch. I will balance the experience of some senior creatives with the audacity of the boldly untried to design campaigns with a professional touch and personality.

b) Journalism is not only about breaking the story; it is about making the story meaningful. Los Santos needs voices unafraid to dive deeper and challenge the surface. If I lead this team, we're going to take it way beyond the headlines. We will equip our journalists with the capacity to tell stories that matter, to find voices that have no platform, and that hold power to account, all with strong visuals and clear messaging. Think investigative grit meets eye candy storytelling.

c) I want to revive our events, uniting them with an edge, excitement, and heart. Whether it's a block party that feels like a movie or a city-wide scavenger hunt, I want campaigns that surprise and keep audiences wanting more. As a leader, I would be focused on fostering a team culture that channels creativity while sweating every detail. We will take some smart risks and set a brand new benchmark for what events in this city can be.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
At LifeInvader, when it comes to raising the roleplay level, actual street cred comes into play. This means working with local residents and businesses to co-create ads and campaigns that tell real stories with real personalities and the culture of our city. Seeing themselves will only help people immerse even more and make each interaction feel truly real. Next, we're also going to set up a system to shine a light on all of the best roleplayers out there-in-game shoutouts, in-game perks, or even featured content- recognition breeds motivation.

Ads Department:
If I were put in charge, my first act would be pulling back experienced ex-employees that understand the level of work we're aiming for. They bring consistency and set the example. At the same time, we're opening our doors to fresh talent curious about our city and work-but with proper onboarding. I would ensure thorough training of new hires by a competent HR staff so that they have confidence and competency right from day one.

Journalism Department: I would recruit journalists with passion, who won’t be interested in just repeating headlines, but rather chasing real stories. We will cover the whole spectrum of live events, breaking news, and visual storytelling. A fast, fearless, and trusted version of LifeInvader CNN will be our goal. Yes, we will mark our presence wherever the action is and make sure no story goes unmissed.

Creative Department: Events are where RP shines. I'll build a department that's well organized but a little off the wall. From car meets to talent shows and everything in between, we will ensure every event runs smoothly and is inclusive and packed with personality. Every person walking through the door of our events will feel like they are joining something much larger-and their voices will always count.

Thanks for reviewing my application,
Regards,
Mike Balenciaga.
