1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
-Well where do I even start, I have been in grand RP for such a long time and watched many of my friends leave RP to become admins and always wished to give back however was never the right age and felt I was not ready to leave RP life however now I feel its time to hang up the rp coat and give back to the very game that gave me such good times and help out the same admins that made my RP life enjoyable over all the years in city.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Crime:
Vagos- High command
Bloods -High command
Marabunta - normal rank
State:
LSPD- Deputy of Swat (1 terms)
SAHP-High command many terms (DHOD of SRT highest) (4+terms)
NG- Deputy General (3 terms)
FIB - Chief of Staff/HOD of Spec ops/HOD of HRT (6+terms)
Gov - Lawyer (1term)
3. What are your strengths?
-Keeping cool under intense situations
-De-escalating situations
-Eager for information on new things
-Time management
4. What are your weaknesses?
-Dealing with liars
-Can become over invested into something
-Not asking for help often
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
A Determined and educated member who is willing to grow inside of the team and eventually become as good if not better than others. Someone who is flexible in time and finally someone who understands when punishment is needed or when just a simple warning and explanation is better (especially for new players).
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
-Don't own a business but sure
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
-Not at the moment no.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
-I do have experience with some form of moderation/ admin work in other games (Squad and arma 3 servers) which i feel will make the process of understanding a little easier than someone who is a first time admin
