Carlos Bloomfield Born in the royal city of Maharashtra known as Mumbai. he was born in a lower middle class family. he always used to admire the training of Army officer which was conducted every day in Army Recruitment centre next to her house and always dreamed to become a Army officer. One day when he was returning from his school he saw his Father being harassed by corrupt Officer This incident sparked hunger for justice in him and due to his he got to know what power can do. When she turned 5 years old she came to Los Santos in hope to earn money to support her family as they were in a lot of debt. His first 6 month was very hard she had to do odd jobs to earn a living but after something she got into the National Guard and completed the Dream of becoming a Army officer. She climbed the rank easily due to his dedication and hard work. But One day he got the news that her father died and he left her position in National Guard and went back to Mumbai After some times he returned to Los Santos but he was at very terrified because now he was had to take care of her family. One of his friend Who used to Work In SAHP offered him the position of HOD because of his experience But at that time SAHP had low funds and he was unable to pay for his expenses. After that he decided to take another path into the dark side of the world.
Career Story:
Carlos Bloomfield started his career at the age of 6 because of his family situation. he joined the National Guards. and completed his long childhood dream of becoming a soldier. he grew in ranks and was about to become a High command but one day he got a call from his mother that his father had died. he had to leave the National guard to go back to his mother for funeral ceremonies. After some time he came back to Los Santos and one of his friend offered him the position of HOD in SAHP. But at that time SAHP had low funds and he was unable to pay for his expenses. One day he saw a bad cop taking bribes from a suspect. At that he had a lot of debt. he started keeping an on That Bad cop and got to know that the information is power. he started making connection both sides of the law. One day the bad cop noticed her and kidnapped her took her into woods and injected the truth serum and got to know the intention of her was not to Expose him. He became her mentor had taught him the art of bodycam tampering and showed Him how black market works. After spending time he joined the LSPD. Now Authorities was like a game of him.
Outcomes
1-Carlos can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record
2-Carlos can sell or use guns he picked up from the ground even if it was illegal in the black market
3-Carlos can help people escape jail, take bribes or take weapons of value (Up to 100k)
4-Carlos can break bodycam ( by using /try and /do 2 times per situation)
5-Carlos does not show his id as he wish on duty.
6-Carlos can leak info regarding special missions to gangsters(including Unofficial fam members) and take money for the info (max 100k)
7-Carlos can search and ask them to drop their illegal items from suspects.
