1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin? A. i believe i could be a great admin assistant because one extra person can help lower the calls/texts admins get, also ive seen and had moments where admin or god couldn't come and the person was wrongfully robbed or CR or RDM, etc.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial) B. i haven't done much high commands in orgs I've been a law student, medical student, Rookie LSPD and Probie SAHP, Shot caller Buntas, im just trying to find a spot that fits me perfect and i think admin/god will be it.
3. What are your strengths? C. one of my strengths are being able to understand almost everybody no matter the language barrier or thick accents, can also work fast when needed, can also multitasking (i do it everyday), resourceful, Team Player, Negotiation skills, fast learner. i have more just can't think of more.
4. What are your weaknesses? self-criticism all the time, also self-doubt, shy sometimes used to be a lot more but im working on it and getting better and i think this will help make it a strengthen to be confident and not shy, Public Speaking, I've had my fair share of speaking to the public during covid/ no no time, we would have public meeting and talking and I've had to go on stage a couple of times.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ? help with Multitasking and with people in city breaking rules or not following them properly, also can lighten the mood if were down i can change that.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? no i can be active anytime before 6PM est then i come back to city after tsunami.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application? i know there probably better apps out there but this would help me with my weakness to make them strength and i would be helping less the numbers of rule breakers, all im asking for is a chance and im 99% sure i can prove myself and be better. lastly just wanted to say thank you for this opportunity and for taking time out of your day/night to read this.
