2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have good experience in all legal organizations and even in gangs as i was Deputy of Ballas (Akio Term) and lead many terms successful and i want to level up my skills by becoming the leader of FIB again and complete my goals in this roleplay server , I have already Served As leader of FIB 2 terms and Achieved 50 raids in 60 days and first leader of FIB to get Mikachu this achievement gives me more courage to do this one more time and get a mikachu one more time and lead the org pretty good.
2.2 I will complete this term with no warns and no verbal's , also complete the raid season by doing 60 raids and I also have a good evidence team. I have experienced deputies who will be active and manage if in case , i am not active .
2.3 I will make sure that there will be no internal conflicts between My HC`s and all the employees. all the changes which would be implemented will be transparent i.e All employees will be going through the changes. No Favoritism Will be tolerated in my term. I will try my best that i will run my this term more good than previous one. I will overcome my all problems or mistakes which were done in my last term.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- To be a member of the FIB, you should know the general rules, with working examples of such rules. We also test your reaction and attitude toward possible situations you may face in work.
- There will always be a significant number of patrols on the street and undercover units to help the city to remove crime and keep the public safe.
- The aim of ours is to have healthy, professional relationships with all other state organizations in order to have effective collaboration in our operations and duties.
- Increasing relations and interactions with other organizations is the biggest factor in increasing roleplay. My goal would be to significantly increase on interactions, taking controls of situations where FIB is desperately needed along with proper and realistic preparations of special missions which will not only increase the QUALITY of roleplay, but set it as a standard for other terms.
- I will make sure that all department are diverse and a ton of fun to be in, by doing that I will make sure that people can enjoy their job and do exactly what they are good at. This will give all members more reason to be active, engage in fun and exciting RP and in the end create an amazing term for FIB.
